Just reinstall windows to the same partition as your old install. (You have installation media, right?)

I've built 3 PC's, but none for myself... In fact, I'm using an iMac that my dad bought for me as my desktop. Awkward...

Please don't say "SSD drive." By doing so, you are literally saying "Solid State Drive Drive" and causing my brain cells to commit suicide. The same applies to HDD (Hard Disk Drive) and PCIe (Peripheral Component Interconnect Express).

Reformat your windows partition to get rid of it.

So, no I  did not delete system 32, I am not stupid. I want to uninstall it so I do not need to worry about the old windows files being on the hard drive so nothing messes up (inb4 someone makes a joke about deleting files that I do not want on the drive). So do I just need to reinstall it to the partition windows is on right now, (yes I have the install media) or take different steps?

Wow the replies to this question are quite stupid.

Here's a serious answer. Start up a live CD with a partition tool such as GParted (included with Parted Magic, and Hiren's BCD and UBCD iirc). You have a few options:

-format the windows partition (sounds like this is the one you're looking for)

-delete the partition/MBR and create a new one (if you need to resize stuff)

-zero fill the disk (completely start from scratch like a new computer)

I would like to start from scratch, so how would I zero fill?

Well generally, deleting the MBR is all that's necessary to get an OOBE while zero filling is used for wiping sensitive data and restore the storage device as close as feasible to factory state bit-by-bit (which takes a long time). Any of those 3 tools I wrote above should have a zero fill utility. Take a look at parted magic, it has both partition and zero fill tools and is imo the most reliable. Get an earlier version before it went behind a paywall.
