So I've got this problem, where I have this crappy mouse that I absolutely love the extra button layout, but the left and right click are pretty crummy and while it does have adjustable weights I can't seem to get them out :P.

 

I've done some looking but I haven't really found anything with similar button layouts, So here I am looking for some help. Below is the link to my current mouse.

Resembles the g500, you might like that. It has a few more buttons than that though.

Do you know if the sniper button can be reprogrammed to do something other then hop dpi settings?

Yes it can be reprogrammed to bind a keyboard button or a keyboard action. I think it will be the same as the M60 since I know that the M60 you can change the sniper button.
