GTX 780 Water cooling

Looking to spend less than $80 to set up my GTX780 with water cooling

 

is there an inexpensive wtaerblock out there or should i just use a bunch of these?

with the mini blocks, the GPU cooler, the thermal adhesive, and the splitter, it comes out under $80

 

also, is it worth the added security to go with a full cover water block?

80$ is not enough for proper water cooling, it can result in problems later.

you should check out corsairs 780 bracket tha allows you to mount a aio liqouid cooler on the gpu as long as its a reference pcb

Ah, then it might be ok... But be careful with non-fullcover waterblocks, because it's very important to cover all vram and power leads with radiators.

I would just look for a ekwb block there are worth it with my 780 on a full block with my oc running my vrm can get really hot don't want to know how it would be without the full block

For $80 you can try finding a second hand full cover waterblock.

Just make sure to double check the condition beforehand and you'll be fine.
