Anyone knows the ear cup size? I have rather big ears and i would be very disappointed if they do not cover my ear totally....

If you have big ears then they won't. They're on the smaller side for being over ear headphones.

I'm pretty sure the Logitech is a lot bigger. There's a pic of a dude wearing it if you scroll down a bit on the Amazon page. That looks bigger than the M40x.
