I get the fitness benefits, but what benefit does it give you in real life (I guess happiness),.. apart from running away from the authorities in a stylish fashion :)

so does anyone do free runing or parkour here? im interested in getting started.

I do some, I don't do flips or anything, but the efficiency is nice. 

 

Learn how to jump over things like picnic tables, how to wall run, and how to roll when you jump off high objects. 

Those are what I learned, and I can literally do nearly anything that doesn't involve a flip now with those three skills (they may not look cool without flips, but hey it's efficiency)
