Over Spring Break, I remembered a little fun PC that ran Windows 98. Apparently, that version of windows is 15 or 16 years old now. I bought it at a rummage sale for the staggering price of one dollar. It was expensive, and with peripherals, it would have cost even two dollars. Anyways, during Spring Break, I walked into the basement and saw my long forgotten dinosaur of a computer. The sight brought tears of blood to my eyes. I have a bleeding disorder, so yeah, that happens from time to time. My parents saw no need for the computer as it could not run the latest software at a decent rate. I, on the other hand, saw the chance to experience ancient history. I begged my parents to buy vintage peripherals to match the PC. They cruelly denied my humble request. My mother thought it would be best to toss it out. I thought she was crazy, considering we hadn't taken out the hard drive, the RAM, or even the power supply. I proposed that I give the computer a proper goodbye, because I already had a Windows Vista laptop powered by the roaring Intel Pentium CPU. It also had a monitor that was less than 1080p, but I was perfectly fine with a medium quality 32-bit color depth display. Back on track now, i decided to remove the good stuff, and take a sledghammer to the rest. I did exactly that. If you check out the list below, you can see what all I have salvaged.

20GB Magnetic Data Tech enhanced IDE HDD

2 sticks of RAM (Unknown Size)

Some rectangular thingy that fit into a slot similar to RAM, but had some sort of intel chip on it. No it is not the processor, it didn't have a heat sink. The processor was destroyed maliciously.

HELP ME WITH THESE QUESTIONS

Is there still such a thing as a hard drive enclosure for the drive listed above?

How do I know how much RAM is on the RAM stick listed above?

What the heck is the rectangular thingy in the list thingy up there?

Thank you for any responses!

With or without my lucky sock,

SpartanMLG
