Ok so I woke up this morning played a little dying light when I notcied in the bottom left corner what seemed to be a dead pixel. I am pretty pissed off. But here is the thing when I fully shut down my monitor I can still see the dead pixel?? So is it just dirt? However when I used some toilet paper I couldn't get it off so I am so confused.

Here are some pictures

It was really hard to see the dead pixel through my phone camera but I tried to circle it and I used a different method so you can see it later as well.

However when I tried it with flash it is very very visible almost like it is reflecting the light look

The thing I don't understand is when I turn off my monitor how come I can still see it? Does that mean it is dirt? If it is why the hell won't it come off?!

Here is a look with it with the monitor completly off and the flash on as you can not see it through the phone camera without flash

It might be Dirt/Dust

That is what I thought but for some reason I wiped it with toilet paper and nothing happened. I have gently ran my nail through that area and everything felt smooth

Ok, but is it normal for dead pixels to still show when you turn the monitor off

Don't use soap, just use water and a microfiber cloth.

I can't see the pictures, as I'm at school. What color is the pixel? It might just be stuck.
