Not sure if gpu is broken, it's not displaying video but the fans are still running.

Have you tried another port? Are you using an adapter? Have you tried another screen/cable? Have you checked if the cables on your monitors are plugged in and well seated?

it's an old hd5570, going to upgrade soon but I'm making sure that the gpu broken, not the mobo.

If your monitor has a video port, disconnect your gpu and try if you get any video through that port.

P67 mobo - can't do video.

mobo doesn't support video if you didn't know about it

Hence the if part :P. Have you had any artifacting, decline in performance or any other signs that your gpu could've been on its last legs?

Tried to oc it but I accudentally made it shutdown back to its factory settings

then kept normal settings before dying2 weeks later with fans working rip
