They are all great.  I'd do the Zotac cause it looks awesome but what I said hold true.

 

Otherwise I'd say the ASUS Strix because it's supremely quiet and performs as well as the others... mostly...    The all in all Winners are those 3 you listed.

For the Best builds and Price lists here is a world where many points of the price have been predefined already for your convenience!

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.

The OS is like a kind food, Try it before saying if you like it or don't.

I've heard good things about the gigabyte g1, I went with the NVIDIA reference cooler model for my 2 cards, but it's pretty overpriced ($430 a card). I just really wanted the nvidia reference cooler.
