Internet issues

It started at about 6pm last night, and its now 9am, and its still having issues. So in general our internet is being very slow. Speed test shows its .25 megabits slower than usual, but I don't think that explains it.

Google and youtube won't load. Bing works instantly (wtf)

 

I've tried;

malwarebytes scan

router reboot

restarting my pc

using IE (ew, google didn't work there either)

flushing dns via cmd
