Hello, everybody.First of all I'm sorry if im posting this in the wrong place.
So here is my problem: I'm not that knowledgable about computers and I've decided to build a new one.Considering the fact that i don't know anyone
who knows enough about PC's to help me i decided to explain what I'm looking for,my budget and what I'm thinking of getting and see people's opinions.

So what I'm looking to build is a gaming PC with the capacity to stream new games as well as the option to dual screen and my budget is 850 pounds or 1200 euros.
Here is what I'm thinking about right now. There is some room for upgrade, thus im here.

MB : MSI 970 Gaming
SSD: KINGSTON SSDNow V300 240GB SATA3 2.5 "(7mm height)
Case: ANTEC One Gaming Case
Ram: CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB black DIMM Kit PC3-12800U
HDD: TOSHIBA DT01ACA Series 1000GB, SATA 6Gb / s
Power Supply : BE QUIET! Pure Power L8 730W Cable Management
Graphics Card : ASUS GTX960-STRIX-DC2OC-2GD5 GeForce GTX 960 2GB GDDR5,
CPU : AMD FX-8370, 8x 4.00GHz, boxed

My questions are: What would u change here (and why I'd like to learn  :P ) What do you think i should upgrade ( i still have a bit of money ) and feel free to suggest a setup with the budget in mind.Thank you very much for all your help in advance.

PS. This is repost cause i had it in the wrong section.

Hint #1: Use PcPartPicker to assemble builds. Makes it easier for us to evaluate. Anyway, here's how I do builds:

  1. Start by getting the cheapest 1x8 or 2x4 gb, 1600mhz Cas 9 RAM. All pcs will need it, so you might as well just get it out of the way now. Going with 2 modules or 1 module really makes no difference (in gaming), and 1600mhz CAS 9 is pretty much the perfect spot.
  2. Next, storage. Any 128gb SSD (that isn't the V300) + 1TB HD with 7200 RPM and 64mb of Cache. And you are golden.
  3. Now, CPU + mobo. Given the price point, I went straight for a 4690k with a z97 mobo that could also SLI. If needed, I would remove the SLI restriction, in case we go overbudget later.
  4. Naturally, a "K" CPU requires a cooler. Hyper 212 is the king. We could spend more, but at this price point, it's wise to stick with the humble king.
  5. For the GPU, we go straight for GTX 970. Which brand... that depends on prices. It really comes down to having read a lot about it. So in your case, the EVGA SSC is the way to go. Do note, that if this was a US build, we wouldn't have made this choice, because prices are a lot different there.
  6. PSU time! As far as wattage goes, pretty much any PSU that has 4 6+2pins will have enough. So we filtered 600w or higher (just because of the need for connector..), 80+ gold, semi or fully modular. EVGA showed up near the lowest prices, so I went with it.
  7. Wrap up with a case of your choice!

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor  (£174.00 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  (£88.76 @ Scan.co.uk)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  (£51.88 @ CCL Computers)
Storage: Sandisk X110 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  (£45.74 @ Scan.co.uk)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB SSC ACX 2.0 Video Card  (£277.99 @ Scan.co.uk)
Total: £765.33

You could (if you could afford the upgrade that is) dump the 8320e and the 970 mobo and get a 4790k and a decent Z97 mobo:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor  (£267.54 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard: MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  (£88.76 @ Scan.co.uk)
Total: £356.30

Either way this spec has the capacity and juice enough for SLI and overclocking very comfortably.

Stupid choice on the mobo. H81 would have been exactly the same, but a lot cheaper.

Questionable choice on the RAM size. 16gbs seems a bit too much.

Imagine trying to stream Star Citizen with anything less than 16gb. Proverbial heads would roll if you tried it with 8gb. Also neither H97 nor H81 would be good for a hardcore gaming machine, mainly because they cannot support SLI, if it was an AMD GPU based system that would be a different situation.

The 1231 is a Haswell Refresh, picking an H81 could become problematic for the buyer.

I like 16GB, it is more than 8.  :(:)

16GB is fine, especially considering the RAM we chose is under £100 and is 2400mhz, that's none too shabby. For a 3 year system for streaming and high end gaming, 16gb isn't overkill.

OP never specified SLI as a requirement, or I would have incorporated into the build... thus the 550W PSU, instead of a good 750W.

200R doesn't have a window  :P

That's true. I chose the Zalman Z3 Plus, £20 less than the 200r (£26 fk quid!), it has a window, and for a single GPU system it's pretty damn good. Comes with 4 fans. The only problem with it, which is similar to the 200r now that I think on it, it has a fixed HDD cage which hinders Xfire or SLI unless the 2nd card is a short form factor card (No problem for certain 970's and 285's). For cheaper UK builds you should give it some consideration (£26!).

I automatically think Corsair 200R or NZXT 210 etc when speccing budget builds. You are right though that the Zalman offers very good value for money. Not many cases (If any) give you that amount of fans for sub £30.

Something to consider. Also I presume ebay and amazon.de work well if you're buying from Deutschland. I can't imagine that they wouldn't ship to Austria.
