I want to build a budget computer which would be able to run the latest games without fps drops; is this kind of build OK?

Remove the ssd and get a better GPU as the 750ti 

Get a 270/270x it DESTROYS the 750 or 750 ti

Pretty much what everyone else has said, remove the SSD and get a better GPU.

Worst day of my life was picking an h61 chipset Msi mobo.

absolutely zero room for improvment

 

anyways your build looks sufficient for decent games - just please trash that ssd and buy a better gpu
