CS-RANDOM Legit?

Its on Russian but theres an English version, is it legit? sounds too good to be true. I got this from CSGO case opening simulator, seems that adblock didnt block it completely(i add an exception to LTT dont worry) so i got curious and clicked on it. Is it really legit?? Basically you pay 65.18 USD for a knife and you might get a much more expensive knife in there.

Has anyone from LTT buy from this website?

Seems like it is a semi-scam where the only thing you will win, is something worth less than your money.

Sounds easy money to me. You pay for something that has no consumer protection. If you got scammed, don't blame Valve on it. If you end up loosing whole account, still no way blaming Valve on it.
