Computer not booting after Windows update

Hello. I was installing windows update and I restarted my computer. When I restarted the boot device led turned red on my p8z77-vpro. I can't even enter the bios. Any idea what the problem might be.

Gtx 670 4gb

16gb 1600 mhz ram

I can get into the bios and when I boot a black screen just pops up. I'm guessing something is wrong with windows. Any help?

Are you able to get into Windows via safe mode?
