Building a PC is a piece of cake. It's like using legos. Cheaper and you can customize it how you like it.

I cant really recommend either but my suggestion would be to get NCIX or the like to build it with your choice of parts that have been pricemtached

Are you sure you can't make NCIX build it ? They are cheaper and the quality is top notch. If you really have no choice, pick the cheaper one I guess.

but if I really had to choose, I would go with iBuyPower. But make sure to change the power supply because their default isn't even branded so 10 bucks its gonna explode in your face in 3 days.

The exclamation marks are unnecessary. Secondly, what is your budget? I could link you to a prebuilt with good specs from ncix.
