rub the ps4 version blu ray with toothpaste and banana peel, put it in a dvd drive and the game will install on pc

 

 

EDIT: It's important that it is the ps4 disc, xbone wont work

That just isn't a thing, games that are developed for console can't be modded to work on PC, just like a windows game can't be modded to work on Mac

 

until a PS3/60 emulator is in working order there won't be a way to play it unless Activision gets someone to port it,
