Need a new mobile - Help!

I need to buy a new phone. My budget is 190$. I need to buy it on monday. Here is what I would expect from it:

 

CPU: I would highly like a 64-bit octa core processor, quad is ok too.

Screen size: 5.5" inch would be great but 5" is ok too.

Screen type: Any good screen which wont get scratches and stuff like that.

Ram: 2gb definitely

Storage: 16gb definitely, if there is 32gb (very rare) then that is good too

Battery: Just a good one like a minimum of 2500mAh

Data speeds: I dont use so i dont care if 3G or 4G

Camera: Doesn't matter, just has to be a good one, around 8mp or 13mp is fine.

OS: Android only, Kitkat or Lollipop only please.
