Is sandisk ultra 2 ssd good for gaming?

"Good for gaming" is a term that I get a bit sick of, but yes, it will load maps much faster than a standard hard drive. Using it as a boot drive and installing all of your programs on is, of course, the better thing to do.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

Hey GUzmani,

Games rely on storage only for their loading times and FPS and graphics would stay the same. The differences between most consumer-class SATA SSDs is very little in terms of speed in real life that you would hardly notice any in the loading times. I would say any SSD would decrease the loading times significantly, but if longer ones don't bother you, go for a HDD.
