Instancing interview with CR

Gamers Nexus had an interview with CR about the instancing system, if you are curious about it I highly recommend watching it as it is probably the most complete overview of what they intend to do that I have seen to date.

 

 

It still leaves a lot of questions for me but covered a lot of questions I had, in particular about the capital ships, and covered a lot of stuff that wasn't more than rumour/speculation previously. Its a system they still have to code so until they can test it IRL I doubt we'll get much more detail than what was talked about here

Very much so, until its in code and tested anything could happen but I like the sound of what they are trying to do and it seems like a fairly logical way of handling things albeit it still leaves me with a few questions (holes) that I'll probably have to wait till next year to even have a hope of getting answered, its a little all over the place too because you can tell CR gets really excited and has a thousand things popping into his head that he wants to talk about LOL! I really liked to hear what he had to say though because its one aspect that I've never seen much solid/straight from CIG information on and it answered a lot of my questions - that I actually recently posted in the RSI forums under the deep dive suggestions thread
