Linus has made several basic guides for Intel CPUs. With them (sorry, no AMD experience), its:

- set voltage manual, use 1.15-1.25V as baseline.

- Set multiplier 4 steps above default. Thats what Intels turbo does anyway.

- Run stress test software for 15mins. Keep eye on temps. Anything over 85C is too much.

- If test passes without BSOD and going over temp limit, increase multiplier. If BSOD but temps are good, increase voltage by 0.01V. If temps go over, lower both multiplier and voltage.
