Heavy duty I/O switcher help

I currently have a Radioshack Stereo Audio Source Selector (I just read that from it on my desk...) it has 3 RCA inputs, and one RCA output. It has three buttons, and when I depress one, it deselects all the other ones. (One goes in, and locks in, and anything else that may have been selected is no longer selected.) Anyway, I would like to build a larger version of this, with either the same type of buttons (I don't know what they're called, so if you do, let me know!) or a dial of some sort. So really what I'm asking is, does anyone know what those buttons are, or what I could use as a selector instead, that would support at least 5 inputs, and 2 or 3 outputs? (Odd request, I know, but I need one!)
