"The Retro 970's"

Just a little bit BUDGET PC. I dont think so this will be a budget PC. But it should be on June-July.

Any recommendation or suggestion reply down below and thanks for viewing.

PS what do you think will be the price of it on 3Q 2015

Don't buy the EVGA GTX 970.  They cheaped out on coolers for the GTX 900 series.  Also they don't even offer the best GTX 970s available.

... and if you can OP please if you have to buy Nvidia buy a card used right now.  Liars don't deserve support.

Also in regards to your hard drive situation are you sure 1 TB is going to be enough?  If you buy loads of games and want them all easy to access right away then a 3 TB 7200 RPM drive from Seagate would be a better value.  If you don't need that then yeah go with the Western Digital you got picked.

Nice choice on the psu as it rates well and is affordable.  EVGA is the only strange brand I consider for PSUs.  Still if you want to support a company that hasn't pissed off consumers in some way lately look at what Antec and SeaSonic have to offer.

In regards to ASRock for your mobo hey they are a good brand but I am not finding any reviews on that board at all.  Generally that will scare me off from purchasing something.  Still it may end up being a real good value.  Best of luck with that mobo choice.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S

I agree with @Megazero  I would get an SSD before an HDD

About the SSD thing, i forgot to add v1 at the retro title. This means that there will be choices coming up. I have picked the SSD but accidentally removed it because im using my tab that is very laggy. Also you said that im planning early, i created this because maybe this summer, maybe April. If i got my mone, I could buy them immediately LOL.

About the EVGA GPU thingy. I picked the Asus STRIX, well, my problem i didnt save it. :( sorry bro.
