r7 265x overclock help?

and wanted to know how much i can overclock it?

my cpu is a fx 6300 dont know if that means much kinda new to overclocking since this is the first pc i built

Download msi afterburner and overclock it slowly until you get artifacts in unigine valley. That's the only way to know for sure.

Best way to over clock is to get Msi Afterburner from their website and watch a few youtube videos on how to safely OC your card.

Use multiple sources of information, and do not just copy their results/numbers and expect it to work.

It's a trial and error type of process.

 

Afterwards,.....To test,.. use Uengine's Heaven or Valley (NOT furmark)

I had a Sapphire 7850 OC 2GB(basically the same card) and I had to use Sapphire Trixx to change my voltage. Afterburner had it locked so that is something you May have to look into

I had mine set at 1175 core/1450 mem at 1.25V
