Need helping choosing CPU cooler

So my local computer store has two cpu coolers for 50% off they are the Zalman CNPS10x Performa and the NZXT Respire T40 both are $20 CAD which one should I buy. *Since these items are final buy I can't return them unless they are flawed. My current build motherboard is not mine friend is letting me borrow his motherboard.

Do you already have the 212 EVO? In terms of performance, they're all around the same, but the EVO is quieter. If you already have it, I would just leave it as is. If not, the T40 is the better choice IMO, but not by much.
