NZXT Sentry 2 questions

Not sure if this would go in air cooling but.. Anyways.

Is there a way you can change ALL of the fans rpm at once? I feel like it would be kind of an inconvenience to have to go through every fan and change it to be the same. If it doesn't, I'll probably go with the sentry 2 mix.
