Need Graphics Card Recommendation for Streaming

I'm building a dedicated live stream computer using a Black Magic Intensity Pro. I'm live streaming using Livestream.com I am streaming 720p@30fps with a 1700Kbps bitrate. Livestream.com says that they need a dedicated video card with 512mb RAM. But what video card would I really need to stream at 1700Kbps?

you should be fine with most any newish graphics card budget it going to be the factor as far as i can see
