Is B grade stuff from overclockers UK reliable enough to consider buying? its just its like 60 quid cheaper than brand new for an MSI r9 280x and im 17 and could be doing with saving cash

It is probably fine, as long as it had DOA warranty, or if you discover artifacting you can send it back, I wouldn't worry, and I would go for it.

Well you get a 90 day warranty and they say themselves they are in fully working order, just been used or missing accessories. So they're probably good.

My 290xs looked brand new when I got them. If I was told they were brand new I'd believe you. Had no issues with them whatsoever.
