OBS problems

Whenever I view my video in VLC it stutters and screen tears at certain points like hell. Is it only because I´m viewing it in VLC or something else? I´m using Sony Vegas Pro 13 to edit and recording with OBS if that helps.

Edit: Just changed my video setting (CS:GO) to Triple Buffered.

How big are your videos? are they super high quality? that can effect playback if the bitrate is too high
