Do you mean manual? If your first car is a BRZ and you can't even drive a manual... Ugh... Learn to drive first.

 

Yes. People refer to it as standard, manual, stick, etc...

 

No this isn't my first car. I already have a daily driver. This will however be my first manual trans car. I understand the concept for the most part. Push/pull with the throttle and clutch. When the revs get high, you hit the clutch and move into a higher gear. When your revs drop off when slowing down, you use the clutch to get into a lower gear. I'm not saying it's easy as pie but I get the overall idea of how to drive one.
