Try using some sort of monitoring software and playing for a while, screenshot the graphs so we can see. Could be the VRAM getting clogged, thermal throttling, just about anything, but we need more data to come to any sort of conclusion. I think GPU-Z has such a feature, but I'm not too knowledgeable of how to keep an eye on GPU performance, somebody else will have to elaborate on that.

EDIT:Also provide full system specs, and the resolution you are playing on.

thermal throttling

Thats what came to my mind.

You stated that when you're gaming on BF4, your performance dips a lot, then you hear your fans crank up, then its fine. My first thought was that if you have not set a fan curve/installed EVGA PrecisionX (Assuming you have that since you said you contacted EVGA) your card might be overheating, thus thermal throttling. What are your temps like when you're gaming?

Also next time, edit your previous post instead of posting a whole new thread.
