I just wanna know the quality of the 800D. Are there any other cases worth looking at that will fit an H220, without dwarfing my future system in size under $400? Rampage IV Extreme, 2 Gtx 780's.

I like the color scheme of Noctua fans. Deal with it. Forget about the bad memories of the past.

Any other cases? Thanks for the reply, btw.

EDIT: I've heard that the 800D has a lot of plastic in it... Is it true? You said the 800D if FULL aluminum...

Ugh. Second time LTT crashed on me. I'll try to reply to reply tomorrow if LTT doesn't crash...

I have an 800D. Bought it only to accommodate an SSI-MEB motherboard. For the price it is not worth it for a normal build(E-ATX, ATX or smaller). My model has only USB 2.0 front ports(think there is a new 800D with USB 3.0, not sure). For a cabinet its size it offers little room for customization, 900D does offer those customization(moving the drive cages around mostly). There are 4 dedicated hot swap bay on the 800D, 900D has only three. But how often do we keep swapping HDDs?

There is no air filter at the top of the 800D for the 3 x 120mm fans go or a 360 radiator, if it left empty, dust will just fall in, not to mention any material that might fit the ventilation holes.

Quality of materials is good, only design is rigid, my 2 cents.

It's an extremely well built case, Corsair cases are usually outstanding.
