HDD's Question

Hello

I have a Seagate HDD for my laptop (1 year old laptop)

Is this normal ? because the start / stop count and load / unload cycle's difference is very high

what can i do to fix this ?

today i already tried to change the power options turn harddisk after (from 15 minutes to never)

will this prolong the life of my HDD?
