Because its news, not "heres how to download X game"

 

Just because piracy isnt allowed, doesnt mean it doesnt happen.

real life extreme anology:

Your not allowed to murder someone, But we can talk about murders cases and such

Iknow that

bu thier was a link to download it orginally however

only got removed for "malware"

Interesting question though.

 

Was that post promoting piracy, when providing a link to download the software that is specifically designed to create piracy or its like?

 

If I tell you that there's a bank, explain where the safe is and give you a ski mask, does that mean I helped you to rob that bank or insinuate that you should do so?

Wouldn't the closer analogy to this be...

 

You tell me that a big score awaits me, and how to get free money from a bank,

You provide a street address where I can find a room that contains tools and/or detailed set of systematic procedures to break into a safe, a ski mask and a get away vehicle.

 

Did you help rob that bank or insinuate that you should do so?
