option 1 http://pcpartpicker.com/p/KDCkycthis one is a bit over budget but gives you the x99 platform with 2 extra cpu cores and more editing power with the cpu and ram+double the gpu power.

 

option 2 http://pcpartpicker.com/p/C8T9P6this one bring you back into your budget but decreases the editing power with the z97 platform. this also has double the gpu power.

 

option 3 http://pcpartpicker.com/p/yNLnFTthis one gives you the increase of editing with the x99 platform with the decrease of gpu power but still keeps you in budget.

the first option can be paired up with one of these monitors for a total of 1956$

 

the second option can have 2 of these monitors for a total 1930$

i didnt add an operating system because there are ways to get it for free or cheap as shown in this video

 

bonus: All options are watercooled and i kept the case just IN-CASE u like it
