MS Outlook/Google Apps Sync integration with AD

Firstly, let me know if I'm in the wrong section/forum, I have a feeling that might be the case, my apologies.

One of my clients uses Google Apps Sync to sync their Google Apps with MS Outlook. They are moving to an AD environment. I am trying to configure it so that they don't have to create a new profile with Google Apps Sync in every computer they use. I can move the PST and log files to a network location, but pointlessly as they still need to create a profile. MS Outlook profiles can't be redirected (maybe roaming profiles?, I'd prefer not to).
