Good intel + mobo

Go to solution Solved by Escapenz,

About $600 USD (or $800NZD)

So last night i was on my pc playing LoL, watching a stream and a few other thing then my pc cut power to its self, when i went to re-boot i got a very nice buzzer and a bios message that summed up is "CPU TO HOT GG". So my cpu might still work but i think it might be a good thing to move to intel before it dies on me :) Also if you know a good water cooler as well that would be great :D Don't worry about size as im getting a new case so i can make sure it has a mount for it. Budget is about $600USD :)

What motherboard do you have.

I've never heard of a motherboard that's said GG.

I know the titles says Intel, but for what you're doing and you budget I've gotta say AMD. I have an FX-6300 and I pretty much do the same stuff as you, play league and watch streams on my second monitor. And this processor is just great for that. League is easy to run and the multitasking is great.

Also a hyper 212 EVO is great for pretty much any CPU without a crazy overclock and it's like $30. Water cooling is overrated

If you're just buying a new motherboard/cpu and have a $600 budget for that however get an i5 or i7. If you're buying a whole new computer for $600 either an i3 or fx-6300 would be good

Name comes from anagramed sticker for "TUF Inside" (A sticker that came with my original ASUS motherboard)

@Escapenz Is the $600 for a new build or just cpu mobo and cooler?  If that's the case then here:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($222.75 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler  ($89.99 @ Amazon)
