I needserious help. NOW!

Hi guys!

 

I got a strange error i have never seen before on my PC. I needed to reboot my computer because of windows updates and when my computer rebooted, i got stuck on the windows 8 loading screen. And after a minute or so, I get an error messeage like this:

 

"An error occurred under update 323 of 127648 (_00000...)" (It may differ, because my windows version is in Swedish.

 

I rebooted again and came to the windows auto repair and tried to boot in safe mode, but i get the same error.

 

Can anybody give me an answer to why this error occurr?

I did not do that. I just clicked reboot in my start menu and waited. Any solution?

Its kind of awkward, but i cant do it. It says that it cant find a restore point. I have tried everything in therepair menu, but none of them worked.

is it the only solution? Because I got a lot of games, videos e.tc. And will everything dissappear on all drives or just on the OS drive?

yes, you can keep your files if you do it correctly

 

also you can create a repair disk if that still exists in win8
