Hello

Is this a good upgrade (and is it worth the money) from my gtx 560 windforce

Yeah that's a pretty good upgrade from your 560. Its miles better. That's a pretty good price for a 780(all be it refurbished) If I were you I would also check out some r9 290s. They cost similar and are new(as in condition) and offer similar performance to the 780 while also having an extra GB of vram.

Yeah I have used AMD cards in the past but to  be honest I really like Nvidia cards so I think I might stick to them at the moment (also the r9 290 is a bit more expensive from what I have seen), Does the fact it's refurbished make a big difference? (I mean it still has a 1 year warranty)

I don't really know. I don't normally buy used/refurbished products because i'm scared they might fail or something haha.It does have a 1 year warranty however so it does add a bit of security to your purchase. I would get it honestly because that's a pretty good price.
