new build! current idea, need suggestions (mitx?)

Hey everyone!

so selling my pc for 1000. basically could rebuild it for 625$.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/PhJ2f7

note for that build, I have access to microcenter, so the cpu price is the mobo+cpu.

I love that case and how it looks, but Im going to college. So because of size constraints, I want a hyper small PC If possible.

I want the smallest possible PC, while being reasonably quiet. any suggestions?

notes:

would like room for my pci wifi card if possible, not necessary

would like to use I5

dont mind buying GPU used, plan right now on 7950/7970 for 100$

CHEAP is king, but would not like to go over 650, 700 absolute max.

Already have a SSD and a hard drive

Have access to microcenter. Would perfer to buy everything or almost everything there, as a return to a store is much easier then online

Already have a 500 watt power supply. if Im going Mitx, I can only use one card, so I can re use that. dont figure that into price if Mitx build.

This one however is done with future proof in mind, I.E the ability to go Crossfire in the future without changing any part. If you want mITX, then I suggest something like this

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($222.75 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97N-WIFI Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($122.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($63.99 @ NCIX US)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 280 3GB DUAL-X Video Card  ($159.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Thermaltake Core V1 Mini ITX Tower Case  ($34.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $604.70
