So I have had my computer for a year now and this has been bugging me since I got it. I go to play any game with decent graphics and jaggies are everywhere! I have tried every combo I possibly can in catalyst control centre and none of them work, in some cases they make the game more laggy but don't do anything. I have found no other forums at have an answer. I have 8gb ram, r7 250x 1gb gddr5. I have tried the pc with two different graphics cards and they both have the same issue, I have also upgraded my monitor so I don't think it's anything to do with them.

The R7 250x is not a very powerful card, The only AA i would recommend to use on that is FXAA, Use the settings in game instead of CCC, It works better since you wont force the game to do something.

the problem is your graphics card only has 1gb of vram you need at least 2gb of vram to run demanding 1080p games

My Cheap But Good Rig: I7-3770s, Intel Motherboard (actually made by intel), 16gb DDR3, Nvidia Gtx 1070, 250gb Samsung 850 EVO SSD, 750gb HDD, Evga 500 BR power supply

Only when going High-Ultra Texture size.

I have issues in games such as insurgency and csgo which my pc seems to run fine. I can't force anything thru ccc as it only drops my frames and doesn't do anything but cause more issues and also even with Fxaa on in games they still look strange and have a lot of flickering on thin objects such as fences, reeds etc. I have pretty bad issues in h1z1 as well. I can run h1 at about 30-40 fps using high settings.

Otherwise we wont see that you have responded.

It sounds like Artifacts, But you may also run out of Vram, Try lowering the textures.

If that does not help, your card it is defect, Broken. RMA would be the only option.

ok thanks, i will try that and see. otherwise i can return my card because i bought the card a few months back and it had an issue with the fan (i fixed it sort of) so that will give me enough reason to return it.
