Help me pick Laptop/Tablet?

Greetings, I'm thinking about buyin a laptop / tablet and seeking help in picking the best one for me.

 

500 US $ TOPS

Thing i'd like:

 

  • Windows 7.x / 8.x (for learning about wifi "hacking" etc (doesnt work aswell on a android i think?)
  • Doubble as a tablet would be awesome
  • To play Xcom, Hearthstone, maybe civ 5? things like that
  • 2/3 USB/Micro USB for external Keyboard, Mouse and optional 3rd 

I currently got my eyes on the Lenovo Miix 2.
Beautiful Asthetics, Doubles as a Tablet and has Win 8

All opinions and thoughts are welcome  :)
