Yes! It is called Superfetch! It's built-in Windows since Vista, and is enabled by default.

It monitor what you run and when you run it, and pre-loads it to RAM before you do suing prediction system.

And the best part is that you don't have data loss, as it just pre-loads the application memory.

Please leave. I wonder if you are actually associated with Vembu, because if you are, nobody should be trusting your services. 

 

I never heard of them, whats wrong with them?

 

Back on topic I would say none. Linus did a video on this recently and the benchmarks showed that it's not worth it compared to an ssd, which is much cheaper per GB.
