Motherboard opinion?

Any helpful insight on my chosen motherboard MSI 760GMA-P34(FX) is there a better one around the same price? is this even a good board

To be brutally honest, no. The only "good" AM3+ board from MSI is the 970 Gaming. 

 

If you need mATX and already have an AM3+ chip then get the Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3. Otherwise get ATX or go Intel.

Does it have to be mATX? If so then try to find a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3, its a pretty solid board and probably the only good mATX FX board.

Not at all MATX or ATX i just find the MATX boards tend to be a little more cheaper but ill check it out

If you can get ATX, then hands down get the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P (make sure it's the UD3P), it's the best AM3+ board for the money
