Depending on your SSD, it might have come with a CD that has migration software (Samsung does this). Alternatively, you can just install a fresh windows partition on your SSD, and then manually move over games (but that won't retain your programs). If all the hardware is identical other than this new drive, you could also try just making an image of your old HDD and putting that on your new SSD with a program like AOMEI Backupper (note: your SSD needs to be at least as large as the amount of data on your HDD).

clean install windows and all your programs on your SSD

then plug in your old HDD and drag and drop your files to your SSD

 

cloning or "migrating" your HDD to your SSD is about the worst thing you could do
