So hey guys.. wazzup.. ok i want to build a pc under $600 (without monitor ) which can run The witcher 3 on low to mediun (40-50 fps)... Please help ..!

If you only have $600, buy a console to play it. I'm sure you COULD run it with a $600 PC, but I doubt it will run very well and you'd probably have to play at the absolute minimum settings.

i don't need a fx 8350 because i don't need to do rendering , i only need it for gaming and as far as i know they both are almost equal in game performance

an intel i5 4590 with stock cooler is gonna outperform your amd cpu for the same price

True, it has stronger single core performance. But I chose FX 8350 was because it can do things like rendering and gaming fine.
