Does this look like a good cpu,mobo build?

Cpu: Fx 6300 3.3ghz

Motherboard:MSI 970A-G46 AM3+ ATX

Just some minor gaming and maybe some video editing...D

Well About 190-200 for mobo,cpu,ram. Low I know but its all I got.If I get it.

Since the RAM is about 30-40$, that leaves 160$ for the CPU+Mobo. For that price the A10 5800K might be a better choice.

Ye I would like that 1 but the only reason I can get a cpu+,mobo for that price(with the mobo I want) Is in a bundle...and that 1 is not an option....

If you can get it and it's in the budget, why not. It's not a bad CPU and the board doesn't look bad.
