I mean so far yes, try removing the motherboard battery and booting up, or letting the psu discharge for a few moments

Welp.. I booted without the cmos (it proceeded to beep at me erratically), I then unplugged the psu from everything and set it aside for awhile.. I still am getting this error. -_-

No, no , no. take the CMOS battery out and wait for about a minute for the CMOS to lose power and reset, then replace the battery. Then boot into your BIOS, reset everything to its factory defaults and see if that works

Well this got rid of the Cpu Freq. Error but im still getting a CMOS Chaksum error.
