No network utilization while connecting to game servers. HELP!

Hi there. So, my internet works perfectly fine while browsing or buffering. But the minute I try to connect to any game servers on steam (Any Call Of Duty on steam) there is no network utilization. I can't connect to any game server. Whenever I try to connect to Online Services, I always look at task manager's Ethernet tab. Those packets are being sent, but no packets are being received and I can't connect! How to increase network utilisation? PLEASE HELP!

If the NIC is fine and it's just occurring with a certain game perhaps it's your Firewall, did you check your AV to see if it was blocking anything? If you find blocked incidents correlating to the times of your server connections then add an exception rule to your firewall.

That's one possibility for the loss of connectivity.
