Rainmeter is a cool way to do it. And I don't know if it is a rain meter thing, but there is something similar to rainmeter but it is related to sword are online, pretty cool. Don't know the name of the second one.

 

I'm not sure if Rainmeter is working for windows 10 yet though.

Downloading programs from CNet is not a good idea, as they will commonly include unwanted, and sometimes dangerous bloatware... The more you know.

anything that works on 7 (or 8) works on 10
