Help with ram upgrade

So I have a dp55wb motherboard from intel along with a 750. I was donated this rig and I don't have a lot of ram I was looking to upgrade to 

Kingston HyperX Savage Red 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-19200C11 2400MHz Dual Channel Kit (HX324C11SRK2/8) as it is on sale at the moment but wanted to see if anyone knew if It would be compatible at 1600mhz and also if that is the stock speed it comes at or is it 2400mhz?
